The Cyber-Physical Systems Technology Research Center (CPS-RTC) formally begins its activities at its first Kick-off Meeting

On Friday, January 23, the Kick-off Meeting of the recently awarded Cyber-Physical Systems Technology Research Center (CPS-RTC) was held, marking the formal start of its activities, marking the formal start of its activities.

The objective of this first meeting was to generate an initial space for meeting and getting to know those who will make up the Center, to share in a general way the meaning and scope of the SCP-RTC and to begin to build a common basis for work and collaboration. The meeting took place in a face-to-face and close environment, aimed at getting to know each other, exchanging views and opening a first conversation about the organization and joint work in this new stage.

Almost the entire team participated, including Felipe Núñez (director, UC) and María Rodríguez (alternate director, UC), together with all the principal investigators: David Andrade (Universidad de Antofagasta), Marcia Corvetto (UC), Marilyn Cruces (UC), Miguel Gutiérrez (UC), Samuel Montejo (UTEM) and Antonio Zamuner (Universidad Católica del Maule). The development team, the administrative team and numerous students also participated, consolidating a key instance for the beginning of the Center's collaborative work.
